CCIE

I would suggest that she takes CCIE if she wants to become a network professional. The CCIE certification from Cisco is a series of very technical certifications for senior networking professionals. Holders of this certification are responsible for the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex enterprise infrastuctures.

If Jill is a complete noob, I would recommend she starts with CCNA which is an associate level networking certification and then climb up to the expert CCIE level.
