Answer;

-colorless impregnation

Explanation;

-Colorless impregnation improves the appearance and stability or porous gems like jadeite. Sometimes a dye is added to improve color. Colorless impregnation involves filling of pores or other openings with melted wax, resin, polymer, or plastic to improve appearance, luster and stability. Commonly used in turquoise and jadeite. Dye could be added to the filler. This would be considered two treatments, impregnation and dyeing.

-The impregnation of a porous gemstone with a colorless agent (usually plastic) is meant to give it durability and improve appearance. Example:Stabilized turquoise

Hello

The type of asexual reproduction done by prokaryotic cells is termed as the binary fission. Binary fission is a reproduction process wherein one cell divides asexually into two cells forming two daughter cells. into In binary fission, the chromosome is being replicated in which the resultant prokaryote is exactly the same copy of the parental prokaryote which means to say that there is no chance for genetic diversity. However, prokaryotes can still share or even exchange genes through the mechanisms of  transformation, transduction and conjugation.

Explain why organ systems work together to maintain homeostasis and list examples of ways that organ systems interact. How can f
STatiana [176]

Organ systems work together to maintain homeostasis because to control body functions and the interaction between the respiratory system and the circulatory system is an example of interaction between organs. Since organs and their functions are dependent on each other the failure in the function of one organ affects the functioning of human body.

<u>Explanation:</u>

In multi cellular organisms like human, hormones are helpful in the communication within the human body and this is facilitated through Endocrine. The cells that are similar are grouped to form tissues and they are used to perform some unique task. These tissues that are grouped into organs to perform some particular function. These group of organs that performs some particular functions joins to form a distinct organ system. This type of inter relation between the tissues, organs and the organ system make a failure in a human body when one gets affected.

For example we can consider the circulatory and respiratory system.  The respiratory system plays a major role in giving out the carbon dioxide and getting new air containing oxygen into human body. The circulatory systems plays a major role in getting oxygen in lungs and make it to get into the tissues. Thus, if both the systems works together there will be a successful exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the environment and cells takes place.

select all of the following that give conditions when excretion of a substance will occur. group of answer choices secreation is
Shalnov [3]

The options that stipulate conditions about when excretion of a substance will occur are:

  • Secretion is greater than reabsorption.
  • Reabsorption is less than filtration and there is no secretion.

<h3>What is excretion?</h3>

Excretion is the removal of waste substances from the body. Often secretion takes place when there is an accumulation of waste in the human body. Reabsorption occurs when solutes and aqueous substances go back into the plasma.

If secretion ceases and filtration continues without reabsorption, we can expect excretion to occur. So, the first two options satisfy the conditions for excretion.
