The correct answers are:

A. Eliminate any long-range missiles it possessed.

C. Recognize Kuwait’s right to exist independently.

Persian Gulf War started on 2 of August 1990 and ended on 28 of February 1991. It is the war between coalition nations (35) led by the US and Iraq in response of invasion and annexation of Kuwait by the latter. The leader of Iraq at that time, Saddam Hussein, ordered to invade the territory of Kuwait in order to expand Iraqi power in the region. This annexation was a potential threat to Arabia Saudi, so the UN Council decided to take measures and in the end of the operation Kuwait was granted with independence and it was prohibited for Iraq to have long-range missiles and destroy ones they had.

Answer:

The Dred Scott vs. Sandford case could effect the presidential campaign of 1860 because candidates would have to know address whether or not slavery would be allowed in Northern states. Since this case stated that slaves are property and can be brought into free territories, this greatly effects the Northern states who already outlawed slavery. Based on the Supreme Court ruling, the states would have to abide by this law.
