2. Nepal is a himalyan having very little furtile land which is the main reason for agricultural backwordness. Geographical factors are responsible foe non- developmnet of roads and other maans of transportation which are enpiding the economic growth.

Total budget of nepal govt is very low because its tax collection minicule due to low lebel of i dustrialzition.Apart from that 90% of Nepal budget of consist of revenue expenditure amd only 10 % goes to capital expenditure. Due to low gtoss capital gormation economisc growyh rate of ndpal is not upto the mark.

4. Corruption and long spell of politicle unrest and leftwing violance has also affected the economic growgh of Nepal.
