What positive effect does lacrosse have on us humans today?
Nastasia [14]

Answer:

One of the most beneficial things about the sport is this high level of activity's effect on the body. Playing lacrosse forces the body to burn many extra calories during the high intensity training. When these calories are burned, stored fat is used for energy thus breaking down the fat leading to weight loss. Catching the ball with the lacrosse stick and being able to throw it to the goal with force requires a substantial amount of strength.

A major reason for the formation of groups like the National Congress of American Indians was
navik [9.2K]

Answer:

A major reason for the formation of groups like the National Congress of American Indians was to show the Whites that lived East of them that they were not the "savages" that they were as depicted by the newspapers, and that they can adapt and become like the whites. On top of that, it was to give them a structural government to rely on in case the Americans wanted to deport them west. Of course, this did not work, as most, if not all, Native American tribes were deported west.
