When we claim that a source or a type of energy is "green," this means that it is ecologically friendly. In other words, this means that it causes little or no damage to our natural environment. Solar energy is considered to be green for several reasons. Solar energy is renewable, which means that it will not decrease or disappear because of our use. It will always be available to us. Moreover, the use of solar energy does not directly cause any pollution or damage to the environment.

How did this resolution change the rules of war as outlined in the U.S. constitution?
mariarad [96]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

We are talking about the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. This resolution changed the rules of war as outlined in the U.S. constitution. With this resolution, the US Congress granted the President of the United States -in this case, Lyndon B. Jhonson- unlimited powers to stop communism in Vietnam. After the aggression of two US navy vessels stationed in the Gulf of Tonkin, Congress passed the resolution on August 7, 1964. From this point on, the US Army committed to total support of South Vietnam in the Vietnam War.
