The geography of Mesopotamia influenced its civilization and economy. The economy depended on agriculture, and agriculture depended on the geographical position.

Explanation:

The ground of Mesopotamia was very fertile, but there was not much rain. As that was bad for the development of society, they have started using the system of irrigation.

Rivers Tigar and Euphrat helped with irrigation, as the water was coming from these rivers. Civilizations believed in rivers and the good position of Mesopotamia.

Mesopotamia was an area about 300 miles long and about 150 miles wide with fertile land. Mountains and rivers were the main sources of life for the civilizations.
