Answer: True.

Explanation:

Synovial joints are joint that join bones with fluid filled cartilage cavity called synovial cavity, this have the space that contain the synovial fluid. The joint capsule is made up of outer layer, articular capsule that keep the bone together, and inner layer, the synovial membrane that seals the synovial fluid. The bones of synovial joint are covered with hyaline cartilage layer which line the epipysises of the joint end bone. The articular cartilage help to reduce shock and ease movement. The types of synovial joints are pivot, hinge, saddle, condyloid, plane, ball and socket joints. The synovial joints have ligaments and blood vessels.

Answer:

A. True

Explanation:

A space between the two bones of the synovial joint is called the joint cavity. It allows the synovial joints to move freely. The layer of hyaline cartilage covers the bones of the synovial joints. This is called articular cartilage. It forms a slippery surface to cover the bones. Due to the presence of cartilage, the friction is reduced between bones of the joints during movement.

Synovial joints may also have accessory ligaments present outside or within the articular capsule of the joints. Nerve endings are present in the articular capsule and the related ligaments of these joints. Similarly, blood vessels enter the ligaments and articular capsule of these joints.

Vegetation affects the temperature of the atmosphere by changing the color of the surface of the earth, adding to sunlight refle
Anastaziya [24]

Answer: A) changing the rate at which greenhouse gases are released from Earth's surface into the environment.

Explanation: Without vegetation (For example trees) the rate at which greenhouse gases, like carbon dioxide, are released from Earth's surface into the environment would skyrocket. Vegetation uses carbon dioxide in photosynthesis and converts it into oxygen, helping to absorb some of the greenhouse gases that would otherwise accumulate in our atmosphere. It essentially reduces the rate at which greenhouse gases are released into our atmosphere.

If a bacteria cannot ferment glucose, why not test its ability to ferment other carbohydrates?
nalin [4]

If a bacteria cannot ferment glucose, then we do not test its ability to ferment other carbohydrates because the glucose is monosaccharides, the bacteria required enzymes that used to ferment glucose.

Bacteria cannot ferment carbohydrates because carbohydrates may include non-reducing sugar like sucrose and lactose, which is disaccharide, that must be cleaved into monosaccharides. Not all, bacteria can do this to may or may not ferment sucrose.

Many microorganism can grow in the base broth without the carbohydrates, but if they can ferment a sugar that is available. It is possible that one bacteria metabolize some sugar but can't work on other.

Anarel [89]

Answer:

On the day harvey is to present his dissertation, he wakes up with a severe head ache. during the presentation, he felt no pain
Mashcka [7]
Harvey has had en episode of Gate-control theory. The gate control theory of pain asserts that non-painful input closes the "gates" to painful input, which prevents pain sensation from traveling to the central nervous system. Therefore in Harvey's case, his presentation was so stimulating to him that the experience and moment of it suppressed his pain momentarily.
