It would be communism and dictatorship. It is contrast why the allied powers fight for during the Second World War for a free and a democratic world but such dreams in the eastern Europe is lost because they are under the iron curtain of the Soviet Union after the war and become satellite states of USSR.

The type of governments that Churchill believes are governing Eastern Europe are communist governments. In Churchill's opinion, communist governments do not represent what the allies fought for in WWII. Communist governments do not give enough liberties to their citizens in order for them to reach their full potential. They also do not accept restrictions on government such as freedom of speech, freedom of cult and freedom of association. Churchill believes that this is very different from the governments in the allied countries, as these are mostly democratic and focused on the protection of liberties.
