Since there are no answers to "check all that apply", I'm going to be handing out my opinion.
Jail time.
Fines.
Permanent/Temporary Driver's License Problems.
In addition to these legal penalties, the driver's insurance company might cancel the insurance policy or increase the rates drastically due to the hit to the person's driving record. Also, a drunk driving charge stays on a person's driving record for many years.
