The base is 44 cut that in half to get the radius, R=22 height=6
fill in v=1/3 x 3.14 x r^2 x H
v = 1/3 x 3.14 x 22^2 x 6
22 x 22= 484
484 x 6 = 2904
2904 x 3.14= 9118.56
9118.56 x 1/3 = 9118.56/1 divided by 2735568/3 = 300

The answer would be 308.12 because the radius would be 7.0028 then you need to follow this... V= \pi r^{2} \frac{h}{3}

40 points | Sierra and Alek each have five cousins. Their ages are listed below.
faust18 [17]

Find the mean for both:

Sierra: 2 + 11 + 12 + 13 + 15 =  53

53/5 =10.6

Median is the middle value = 12

Alek: 9 + 11 + 11 + 12 + 13 = 56

56/5 = 11.2

Median = 11

A: The medians do not equal the mean.

B: Sierra's are more spread out, ( no identical ages and a greater range ).

C: Sierra's mean is less than Alek.

D. Sierra has an outlier (2).

The answer would be B

A triangle has a base of 17 inches and a area of 127.5 square inches. What is the height of the triangle?
zmey [24]
We know that area=0.5*base*height.

Thus, the equation would look like:
127.5=0.5*base*height

That means, 255 = base*height.
We know base is 17
Then, we divide 255 by 17. That gets us the height.
The height equals 15.

Gekata [30.6K]

Answer:

Expand the brackets, and simplify.

(4t - 8/5)-(3-4/3t) = (4t +4/3t) + ( -8/5 - 3) = 5 1/3t - 23/5 = 16/3t - 23/5

5(2t + 1) + (-7t + 28) = 10t + 5 - 7t + 28 = 3t + 33

(-9/2t + 3) + (7/4t + 33) = (-9/2t + 7/4t) + (3 + 33) = -11/4t + 36

3(3t - 4) - (2t + 10) = 9t - 12 - 2t - 10 = 7t - 22
