How did westward expansion affect Native American tribes?

The westward expansion resulted in Native Americans move to another place that they did not like. The Westward expansion also drove Native Americans off their land. Many battles was fought and so many lives was lost. Native Americans was <span>eventually forced to live on designated reservations.

The expansion also had a affect on the bison (Buffalo). They would kill them so they would move out of the way of the trains.
