In the field of constitutional law, judicial review gives the power to the courts to examine the actions of all three branches of power in parliamentary democracy - judicial, executive and legislative, and to see if those actions are in consistence with the constitution. In the United States of America, the Supreme Court is in charge of determing whether regulations or laws follow the word of Constitution.

If there are inconsistencies with the Constitution, actions are declared unconstitutional and are therefore, annulled.

Natalija [7]

According to the article, Americans make up about 5% of the world's population, but about 50% of the world's "top 1%."

This means that a majority of Americans are 1% in the of all earners in the world, which is defined as those earning more than $34,000 a year.

The author states that this wealth is due to America's commitment to FREE Enterprises

Explanation:

1. According to the census for the year 2010 census America has a population of 308,745,538 .Thus ,the Americans make up only 5% of the worlds population

2. Even though the Americans make up only 5% of the worlds population they make up about 50% of the "world's top 1%" .It indicates that 50% of the highest earners in the world are American citizens .

3.Also the article mentions that the classification of Top 1% is done on the basis of those people whose earnings is more than $34,000 .

4. This is attributed to the fact that in United States' free enterprise are encouraged . Free enterprise is also know as a free market, and US IMPOSES few restrictions on them.
