Differences AB, BC, and CA are {0, -5, -4}, {2, 6, 1}, {-2, -1, 3}, respectively. The lengths associated with these differences are

... √(0² +(-5)² +(-4)²) = √41

... √(2² +6² +1²) = √41

... √((-2)² +(-1)² +3²) = √14

Two of the legs of the triangle are the same length (√41), so the triangle is isosceles.

Find the area of the figure.
Ivanshal [37]

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of Rectangle at the top =

Length x Width

= 3.5 \times 3 \\  = 10.5 {mm}^{2}

Area of Quarter- Circle = 1/4 x Area of Circle

=  \frac{1}{4} \pi {r}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{1}{4} \pi( {3.5}^{2} ) \\  = 3 \frac{1}{16} \pi {mm}^{2}

Area of Rectangle at the right = Length x Width

= 5.5 \times 3.5 \\  = 19.25 {mm}^{2}

Total Area = Area of 2 Rectangles + Area of Quarter Circle

= 10.5 + 3 \frac{1}{16} \pi + 19.25 \\  = 29.75 + 3  \frac{1}{16}\pi  \\  = 32  \frac{13}{16}\pi {mm}^{2}

I will leave the answer in terms of pi as I'm not sure if you need to round off your answer.

Translate<br> Solve the equation.<br> 3m= 5(m + 3)-3<br> HELP
kvasek [131]

Answer:

m = -6

Step-by-step explanation:

3m= 5(m + 3)-3

Distribute

3m = 5m +15 -3

Combine like terms

3m = 5m +12

Subtract 5m

3m-5m = 5m+12-5m

-2m = 12

Divide by -2

-2m/-2 = 12/-2

m = -6
