- The goal is to exercise moderately during 150 minutes per week
- For example: more walk, climbing stairs, going to the park, do some sport., dance, etc.
-The exercise must no be vigorous, just moderate. The intensity may increase in steps of 10%, every two weeks.

- Self-motivation - Family and friends support - Measure her weight frequently - Go to a psicology if it is necessary - Reward herself for short accomplishments
This actually depends on which level of education you are and what they are looking for. Most people though merely considers it a part of the Digestive System as the bile it stores is used during digestion.
I have seen however several people put it down as part of the bilary system or subsystem which responsible for the creation and distribution of bile.
