Which is an example of an action that the Fourth Amendment was designed to prevent? A. Parents search a child's bedroom for evid
Olenka [21]

Answer:

The answer is option C "Police search a home without a search warrant"

Explanation:

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution secures individual protection, and each resident's entitlement to be liberated from nonsensical government interruption into their people, homes, organizations, and property whether through police stops of residents in the city, captures, or searches of homes and organizations.

Law makers have set up lawful protections to guarantee that cops meddle with people's Fourth Amendment rights just under restricted conditions, and through explicit techniques.

The Fourth Amendment gives protection to people during searches and confinements, and keeps unlawfully held onto things from being utilized as proof in criminal cases. The level of security accessible in a specific case relies upon the idea of the detainment or capture, the attributes of the spot looked, and the conditions under which the hunt happens.

What happened in 1890 that led to Americans' desire to expand beyond their boarders and join the
eimsori [14]

Answer:The late nineteenth century was known as the “Age of Imperialism,” a time when the United States and other major world powers rapidly expanded their territorial possessions.

American imperialism is partly based on American exceptionalism, the idea that the United States is different from other countries because of its specific world mission to spread liberty and democracy.

One of the most notable instances of American imperialism was the annexation of Hawaii in 1898, which allowed the United States to gain possession and control of all ports, buildings, harbors, military equipment, and public property that had belonged to the Government of the Hawaiian Islands.

Some groups, such as the American Anti-Imperialist League, opposed imperialism on the grounds that it conflicted with the American ideal of Republicans and the “consent of the governed.”

Explanation:Social Darwinism: An ideology that seeks to apply biological concepts of Darwinism or evolutionary theory to sociology and politics, often under the assumption that conflict between societal groups leads to social progress, as superior groups surpass inferior ones.

American Exceptionalism: A belief, central to American political culture since the Revolution, that Americans have a unique mission among nations to spread freedom and democracy.

The American Anti-Imperialist League: An organization established in the United States on June 15, 1898, to battle the American annexation of the Philippines as an insular area.

American Imperialism: A term that refers to the economic, military, and cultural influence of the United States on other countries.

Which two of the following were main causes of Arab Israeli conflict in the twentieth century
Neko [114]
Two main causes of Arab Israel conflicts in the twentieth century were:
The first one is the division of Palestine into separate Jewish and Arab states.
This general articulation is very known, as every one of the three monotheistic religions guarantee responsibility for Holy Land.
We can for the most part say that after the Crusades, Christians stayed out of the contention because of the monstrous misfortunes they confronted when they had endeavored to attack and vanquish it (when Salah Al deen was at influence, before the ascent of the Ottoman domain).
The second one would be, US support for Israels military
The US is a nearby partner of Israel, and this is essentially why there are enormous issues and clashes between the two religions whom are living in a similar region/land.
