The interior of the house was so eerie and dark, the wall paper was peeling off the walls and the wood floor creaked under a mouse footsteps. Paintings littered the remaining parts of the walls, they were of strange people.

The house was old. It was old, rotting, scorched and something most people wouldn't want to live in. It was made of wood. It had two stories, the staircases creaked and the ghosts frequently made moaning noises. It looked as though nothing had entered in a few hundred years, which was true to an extent, because that was when the fire was. Also, those who entered had all of their happiest memories sucked out.
