You need to answer questions and when you answer them, make sure you show your work and make sure its your answer!! Plagiarism is not allowed. :) and the person answering the question can pick one out of the two people that answered their question and give them the crown. The person asking the question also gets points back when they do such.

So like now, you can pick between me and the other user. :)
Hope this helps.

skelet666 [1.2K]

She must start out going 8 miles per hour until the time elapsed is 1 hour at which time she drops 1.5 miles per hour. The same happens again in the second hour and the third.

The graph must have hours on the x axis and speed on the y axis.

The starting point is (0,8)

The graph must be

y = 8 - 1.5x

You need three points.

mrs.jones rented a truck to move to a new apartment the regular price of a truck rental is 150 mrs.jones has a 20% off coupon sh
Delicious77 [7]

Answer:

The sell price of the truck rental after applying the coupon of 20 % is       $ 120  .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The regular rented price for the truck = $ 150

The discount as off coupon = 20 %

Let The sell price for truck after discount = x

<u>So , Discount % = \dfrac{\textrm market price - \textrm Selling price}{\textrm market price}</u>

Or, 20 % = \dfrac{\textrm 150 - \textrm x}{\textrm 150}

Or, \dfrac{x}{150} = 1 -  \dfrac{20}{100}

Or,  \dfrac{x}{150} = \dfrac{100 - 20}{100}

or,  \dfrac{x}{150} = \dfrac{80}{100}

∴ x = \frac{80\times 150}{100}

I.e x = 8 × 15

Or, x = 120

Hence the sell price of the truck rental after applying the coupon of 20 % is $ 120  . Answer
