The American Colonies Act, mostly know as the Declaratory Act, was the act of the Parliament of what we know as Great Britain. Which did in fact accompany the repeal of the " Stamp Act" in the year 1765. The Parliament repealed the Stamp Act since boycotters were damaging the British trade, and actually used the declaration to try and justify the repeal.
