To find out if the cell is a plant cell, the student should look for a square shape in each cell. The cells are put together with their square like shape so it may look like a brick wall depending on the cell.

To find out if the cell is an animal cell, the student should look for more rounded shapes. Usually, animal cells are rounded unlike the plant cell because they do not have a cell wall.

Explain how a population of antibiotic-resistant bacteria might develop from non-resistant
vladimir2022 [97]

Answer:

More exposure causes mutation in bacteria.

Explanation:

More exposure to the antibiotic by non-resistant  bacteria causes change in its structure against the environment and as a result of that change the bacteria get resistance against that antibiotic. No, farmers should not be allowed to put low doses of antibiotics in  animal feed because it has no effect on the antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The farmer should use another antibiotic on the antibiotic-resistant bacteria which they have no resistance.

Suppose you discover a new organism. What would you expect to see if you studied it under a microscope?
weqwewe [10]
Since it is a organism, we know its a living thing.
Ex: Rock=not living=not organism

Plant=Living=Organism

If you studied it under a microsope, you would expect to see cells as every living thing has. A microscope is a tool used by scientist and are made to see very little things that our regular eyes and a magnifying glass cannot see. So you would see cells because cells are very very tiny
