Because they were fighting for their survival and both are small countries, so it was better for them to remain separated from each other, Korea did not want to deal with contacting other countries because they were invaded before and Japan saw Europeans as crudes and Barbaric, different from their race, and later European wanted to take control of them, and these consequences kept both countries isolated from each other.

What were some of the conditions, which prevented music in the middle ages from developing more rapidly?
trasher [3.6K]
Music was still underdeveloped due to various reasons. For example, there weren't that many instruments being used and music was mostly conducted vocally, with only a few types of instruments being used from time to time. Technological developments also obstructed this as Polyphony hadn't yet been discovered until later. Another thing was pressure from the church as there was a norm of what music should look like and be like and anyone who came up with the idea of making something differently was ostracized.

Airida [17]

The structure of branches in goverment as proposed by Montesquieu, appealed democratic supporters for being a way to prevent goverment corruption in a system where people are sovereing. He states that, as evidence suggests, power invested in only one person or body is easily prone to be abussed. Therefore power must be distributed between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. These three can check each other to prevent tyranny and abuse.
