First we would have to go in the the beginnings kkk was established after the Civil war a slavery for slavery. On the confederate side they fought for slavery. Soon after the war some southern ban together to form not a hateful group yet but on where it didn’t respect or treat people of color fairly. Form then on it slowly turned in to a hateful and prejudice group.

It has slowly sent it message to place that are now considered a racist and unwelcoming place in the US. Because of this places like the south and west are considered from other countries point of view are closed mind but that’s just how other countries think of us

It changed American society by putting ideals in some peoples minds making us stray away for each other.
