6 The painting shows Napoleon.
Fiesta28 [93]
It could be A-D.
This painting makes it difficult to determine if Napoleon is the kneeling or the one holding the crown.

The question states he is declaring himself so I assume, he's doing it in a arrogant way with too much pride.

If he is the one kneeling then he is showing that he is respectful to the person sitting and is honored.

For me, I probably would go with arrogant and pride because of the way the question says, "<span>declaring himself emperor"

I hope this kind of gives you a better decision of what the answer could be

How did geography make it difficult for the French to end the Haitian Revolution?
artcher [175]

Answer:

Haiti are located in the Caribbean, across the Atlantic Ocean which disabled France to sent new troops to suffocate rebellion. At the end of 18th and the beginning of 19th Century you needed months to come from Europe to Haiti and information were traveling slow. Therefore it was hard for France to end the Revolution as they weren't prepared to send fresh troops.

Explanation:

We need to take into account that Haitian revolution started after great changes that happened in France during their revolution. Therefore France wasn't able to focus on the situation on the island. As France was involved in many conflicts in that period across Europe they failed to preserve their colonies across the Ocean.
