Contemplation stage refers to the period when people started to develop intention to make positive change to their life.
Up to this stage, they still haven't made the necessary efforts to change any of their bad habbit, so the result wouldn't be likely to come anytime soon.

The following is an argument regarding whether or not I/O psychologists should be licensed or not:

 • In my opinion, it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to be a licensed practitioner. The reason for that is the situations or the cases an I/O Psychologist is concerned with are not largely physical or mental but are operational. Such situations need tactical skills more than theoretical knowledge associated with such situations, which in most cases, might not even exist.
 • Hence, it can be said that though the work of an I/O Psychologist is related to the psyche of the people he deals with, the methods that he uses to solve the problems need to be dynamic and not rigid. Thus, we can conclude that it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to bear a license for practice.
