I'll try my best... first of all, Martin Luther King Jr. uses the words "we and our" which show the P.O.V that M.L.K is on their side. "We have waited for more than 340 years for our constitutional and God given rights. The nations of Asia and Africa are moving with jetlike speed toward gaining political independence, but we still creep at horse and buggy pace toward gaining a cup of coffee at a lunch counter." Asia and Africa are used for Logos, since he's logically telling us that our competitors are going to or are zooming pass us. There's also juxtaposition between "horse buggy pace" and "jetlike speed." Another emphasized pathos would be when MLK mentions his young son in tears. 340 years could be ethical as well. Since African Americans got their rights long after the Constitution date, but are still discriminated against. Hope this helped a little!
Iambic feet have two beats. A "beat" would be an unstressed syllable followed by a stressed syllable. You can hear a "beat" in the way the emphasis is placed on the unstressed versus the stressed syllables. Iambic feet go on to make a variety of poetic styles, such as iambic pentameter.
