Leno4ka [110]

Considering mistake in the question, you forget to add U.S. in the question;

It is True that, the concept of agreement between man and god had influenced greatly the early colonists in U.S.,

It is said that, this term, Judeo-Christian, had first appeared around the 19th century, and was used to represent Jewish converts to Christianity.

This term had been also used widely during the cold-war period to represent an unified American community in opposition to communism.

A prominent historian, K. Gaston, had acknowledged that this term was used as to represent U.S. in the 1930s, as a unified cultural identity and distinguishing itself as in opposition to the fascism and communism.

What if the President could fire justices of the Supreme Court if he didn’t like a ruling they made?
valina [46]

Answer:

It could cause a bias for they are supposed to be politically neutral.  If the President could fire them, then who can say he can't hire them, so he could put lets say republican extremists in the supreme court if he so desired, this would basically mess up the system.
