Answer:

Nationalism and Socialism

Explanation:

The Napoleonic wars created strong nationalist and socialist reactions on the part of the noble populations of the invaded countries, as in the Iberian Peninsula and Russia. The military campaign of Russia represented one of the worst defeats of Napoleon. In spite of the more than 600,000 thousand men sent, the tactic of scorched earth used by the Russians (burning cities and plantations) and the intense cold of 1812 were decisive for the French defeat. Around 100,000 men returned from Russia, showing the demoralization of the Napoleonic army.

What is a “cold war”
rosijanka [135]

Answer:

The Cold War was the tense relationship between the United States (and its allies), and the Soviet Union (the USSR and its allies) between the end of World War II and the fall of the Soviet Union. It is called the "Cold" War because the US and the USSR never actually fought each other directly.

Which technology increased the power of the Mongols the most
sergey [27]

The Mongols claimed the largest consolidated land empire in history. Seemingly the only way to keep them out was to put the Himalayas between you and them. And many historians believe their power stemmed from an incredibly simple technological innovation: the stirrup.
