Anyways. The answer would be C This is why: To begin with the union would not honor treaties the confederacy has with the Five Tribes because the Five tribes worked with the confederacy and why reward bad behavior. So. That immediately removes B and D. Now its between A and C. When one sides with a losing country their  economies are typically ruined.
