You could do a lot of things to achieve your goal. You would have to be really dedicated and you could read English books, watch English movies with subtitles. Just overall practice pronouncing the words and forming sentences.

its possible!! read alot of english book, watch alot of english movies with the subtiltle of your language or get a english turtering or just go to english websites!
