add 9x to both sides

15x-5=7+0
15x-5=7
add 5 to both sies
15x+5-5=7+5
15x+0=12
15x=12
divide both sides by 15
$x=\frac{12}{15}$
$x=\frac{4}{5}$



so $x=\frac{4}{5}$
