I don’t understand the question correctly so message me if I’m wrong and I’ll try answer better. You could say that the use of nature throughout the play highlights the destruction and chaos caused by unchecked corrupt ambition as nature is always effected ie through storms. The destruction of nature creates a sinister tone for the play and suggests that Macbeth’s action were wrong. You could also suggest that the theme of guilt is conveyed through blood as it can’t be washed away.
