I believe it is the second answer: A short story normally does not have a complicated plot; a novel can have a complicated plot. The reason I believe this is because a short story is too short to have many complications, while a novel can have as many pages as the author wants, which can entail a complicated plot.
it is so much important to be deliberate and discipline in our relationship to technology as if we don't become serious about them it would may lead to its disadvantage and have negative effect to our life
