What were the faults in the Articles of Confederation?
ohaa [14]

Answer:

The main reason for the downfall of the articles of confederation would be its own weakness. Since the federal government was too weak and had little power to enforce laws it was necessary to change the articles. The congress could not repay the debts caused by the revolutionary war and that weakened the government even more. Regardless of the size of the state, each one had only 1 vote in congress and that same congress could not tax, regulate commerce and there was no national court system and no judicial branch. These were the main weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation that led to them being replaced down the line.

SVETLANKA909090 [29]

The Black Sea was the waterway most controlled by the Byzantine Empire during its height and most of its existence. Constantinople which is nowadays know as Istanbul was the capital city of the empire and it was located in the Bosphorus strait,  which is the connecting link between Mediterranean Sea and the Black sea.

That geographical area was a strategic point for commercial routes between Europe and Asia, and it was also military disputed due to be considered the entrance to Europe for eastern invaders.
