Answer:

the valid answer is C mass numbers

Explanation:

The isotopes have the same atomic number of the element. It means they have the same amount of protons and electrons, when we talk about a neutral atom. BUT they have a different number of neutrons. The neutrons are atomic subparticles that belongs to the nucleus and modify the atomic mass of the element.

All elements have isotopes due to in nature there is different natural occurrence abundance for each one.

Calculate the molarity of a MgSO4, solution
Gala2k [10]

Answer:

0.058M is molarity of the solution

Explanation:

Molarity is defined as the ratio between the moles of solute (In this case, MgSO₄) and the liters of solution.

In the problem:

Moles MgSO₄: 0.32 moles

Liters solution: 5.5L

Molarity is:

0.32 moles / 5.5L =

0.058M is molarity of the solution

Electric current is when electrons start to flow around a circuit. We use an ammeter to measure it and it is measured in amps
Potential difference (also called voltage) is how big the push on the electrons is. We use a voltmeter to measure it and it is measured in volts.
Resistance is anything that resists an electric current. It is measured in ohms”.
(Words: volts, amps, ohms, voltage, ammeter, voltmeter).

How many liters of hydrogen gas at stp are produced from the reaction of 50.0g of magnesium and 75g of hydrochloric acid
ss7ja [257]
Here's how to do it:

Balanced equation first:
Mg + HCl = H2 + MgCl2 unbalanced
Mg + 2 HCl = H2 = MgCl balanced
Therefore 1 mole Mg reacts with 2 moles Hcl.
50g Mg = ? moles (a bit over 2; you work it out)
75 g HCl = ? moles (also a bit over 2; you work it out)
BUT, you need twice the moles HCl; therefore it is the Mg that is in excess. (you can now work out how many moles are in excess, and therefore how much mg is left over).

So, 2 moles HCl produce 1 mole H2(g)
therefore, the amount of H2 produced is half the number of moles of HCl
At STP, there are X litres per mole of gas (look it up - about 22 from memory)
Therefore, knowing the moles of H2, you can calculate the volume

If an M&M weighs 0.88 grams, how much would a mole of M&Ms
weigh?
Snezhnost [94]

Answer:

5.30x10²³g

Explanation:

A mole can be understood as an amount of something.

One mole of eggs are 6.022x10²³ eggs

One mole of atoms are 6.022x10²³ atoms

One mole of molecules are 6.022x10²³ molecules

And 1 mole of M&M are 6.022x10²³ M&M. As 1 M&M weighs 0.88g, 1 mole will weigh:

0.88g*6.022x10²³ =

5.30x10²³g
