Eating a healthy breakfast has been known to decrease a person risk of obesity. The calories in a healthy breakfast are used to provide energy to prevent a person from taking naps and improves their concentration. As long as you eat a healthy breakfast,, you will not increase your risk for heart disease or obesity. This is because a healthy breakfast does not contain dangerous triggers for these things. Along with this,, studies have shown that if you do not eat a meal in the morning your body will go into starvation mode. Once the body goes into starvation mode,, the body stores every calorie consumed in order store food in case of starvation. When the body stores calories they turn into fat which then increases the risk of obesity.

That is what i know, and i think that major problems would happen, like to many of one species, which takes all the food from the other species, causing major problems, and even more animals to die.
