Hey there! So to find these answer to your questions, you must find the dominant allele a recessive allele

To do that you add the P and the q to equal 1

Then Multiply it times to

Now each will equal

So let's make p = dominant allele and q = recessive allele
p+q = 1, and (p+q)^2 = 1^2 thus
p^2 + 2pq + q^2 = 1, where p^2 = homozygous dominant, 2pq = heterozygous, and q^2 = homozygous recessive
So if p = .84, then q = 1-.84 = .16

a) recessive phenotype = q^2 = (.16)^2 = .0256
= 2.6%

b) dominant allele = p = .84 = 84%

c) heterozygous genotype = 2pq = 2(.84)(.16)
= .269 = 26.9%

uncharged particle located in the nucleus; the number of these that an atom has is equal to its mass number minus its atomic num
zzz [600]

The correct answer is Neutron

Explanation:

As shown in the diagram the sub-particles in atoms are electrons, neutrons, and protons. From these, the two types of particles that are in the nucleus or center of the atom are neutrons and protons. Moreover, neutrons differ from protons because these are neutral or are not charged. According to this, the uncharged particles in atoms are neutrons.

Moreover, the number of neutrons can be calculated by subtracting the atomic number (number of protons) to the mass number (number of atoms and protons). For example, if in an atom the mass number is 12 (protons and neutrons)and the atomic number is 6 (number of protons), the neutrons are 6 (12 - 6 = 6). According to this, the correct answer is the neutron.

If the divisor is 40 what is the least three digit number that would have a remainder of 4
miss Akunina [59]
1. Find the least 3 digit dividend that would give a remainder of 4, in where the divisor is 40
=> x + 4 / 40
Since the quotient is not given, it doesn’t matter what the quotient is as long as we have a remainder of 4 when we divide it with 40
=> Let’s try multiplying 40 first to find a 3 digit number
=> 40 x 2 = 80, not the anser
=> 40 x 3 = 120, this is a 3 digit number and the least 3 digit number
Thus the equation and the answer would be
=> 120  + 4 / 40
=> 124 / 40
=> 3 remainder of 4

Ptolemy
He improved on Aristotle's theory which was that the earth was the center of the universe also known as geocentric.
Nicolaus Copernicus
Copernicus had a theory that the sun was the center of our solar system. This is also known as heliocentric.
Tycho Brahe
His work supported the idea that the Earth orbited the sun.
Brahe hired Kepler, another astronomer to work with him.
