Well that depends for example I have been learning English since 6 grade and now I'm in 10 and I learn some of the basics by using rosetta stone or duolingo but to be honest I learn most by trying to not speak my native language and just try to speak English and trust me people will try to correct you and I know at the beginning it might be a little embarrassing but later you'll see how fun is to speak english
