cross-cancel by dividing the first denominator and the second numerator by 4

The cross multiply 5 and 16 and 3 and 16 wich equals 2.22222 and for 0.4166666/0.1875 and then you just simplify it wich is 20/9 so your Answer is 20/9. are 2 2/9
