Answer:

D. Nucleic acids attach to the bases in the DNA.

Explanation:

Transcription begins when an enzyme called RNA  polymerase  is added to the DNA template and begins a new chain a new chain to produce complementary RNA.

During the RNA synthesis transcription takes place, then the cap and tail is added and then splicing occurs.

RNA polymerase moves from the 3' end to the template strand creating the RNA-DNA double helix or similar the base sequences. This makes a chain with each sugar by the set of bonds called phosphodiaster linkage. Then, the enzyme unwind the DNA and begins the synthesis of RNA.

Therefore, D. Nucleic acids attach to the bases in the DNA.

predict what might happen to a population that is experiencing little immigration and emigration, low birth rate, and high death
bezimeni [28]
The population will later, cease to exist.

Since the population is experiencing (about) the same rates of immigration and emigration, these 2 factors will not change anything.

A low birth rate and a high death rate means that more people are dying than being born.

Therefore the population will decrease until there is nobody and it will cease to exist.

The law of segregation states that:
DanielleElmas [232]

Answer:c. each of two alleles for a given trait segregate into different gametes.

a. it possible to determine the genotype of an individual of unknown genotype who exhibits the dominant version of a trait

Explanation:

The law of segregation of genes is examplifed with MEIOSIS 1 ,where sister chromatides ( alleles of a gene on the same locus) separated and behave independently of each other by positoning themselves on different spindles at Metaphase 1 for crossing over and independent assortment.

They migrated independently at Anaphase 1 to reach the equators which afrer telephase 1 and Telophase 2 i are located in different gametes.

Therefore the alleles of the genes behaved independently of each other, carting different genetic components to gametes.
