There are many types of conflict. Person Vs. Person is a conflict between two different people. Man Vs. Man is conflict between one person and his inner emotions. Person Vs. Environment  is a conflict between one person and the surrounding environment. B. would be your best answer for a  Person Vs. Environment conflict.
