Answer:

The Algae boom, which results  from Eutrophication, affects the oxygen balance of the aquatic ecosystem. As the population of algae increases they consume available oxygen in the water denying predators of moon jelly oxygen for survival therefore casing their deaths, while increasing moon jelly population.(<u>Generally, Moon jelly survives under little oxygen concentration</u>.) These algae eventually died and settle to to the ocean bed to  be decomposed by decomposers.

<u />

These bacteria make use of the available oxygen in the water, for decomposition. Thus further depleting the aquatic predators of moon jelly  of available oxygen leading to their death, while allowing rapids population growth of Moon jelly..

Answer:

  • There is a balance of resources, shelter, and number of species inside the region which is under consideration. While, the moon jelly's population may increase due to lack of presence of the competition for the resources that are present by means of other consumers of zooplankton that would enhance the growth of the moon jelly's.
  • Along, with that the decrease in the number of predators which are mainly the big marine animals inside the region that would increase the level or growth of the moon jelly's.

Ber [7]

Answer:

Humans' internal body temperature is a great example of homeostasis. When someone is healthy, their body maintains a temperature close to 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius). Being warm-blooded creatures, humans can increase or decrease temperature internally to keep it at a desirable level.

Which one below will end up being expressed in the protein?
Oxana [17]

Exons are the DNA fragments that get to be transcripted and translated into proteins. Option b)<u> </u><u>Exons</u> end up being expressed in the protein.

<h3>What are introns and exons?</h3>

Even though more than 70% of the DNA is related to genes, just a part of the genes is translated to proteins. Most genes have DNA segments that are not transcripted or translated intercalated with segments that are translated.

  • Introns are non-encoding sequences that produce interruptions in a eukaryotic gene.
  • Exons are the encoding sequences. Exons are the nucleotidic sequences that do codify proteins.

Most of the eukaryotic, multicellular genes contain introns in their sequences, intercalated with exons.

Introns are transcripted to mRNA molecules and get excised before translation by a specific mechanism. This occurs before the mRNA leaves the nucleus. The introns are excised and the exons must splice to form a unique molecule. This process is known as splicing.

Exonic sequences are the fragments that are transcripted and translated into proteins.

The correct option is b). Exons end up being expressed in the protein
