Silky Bob faced the threat of serving jail time after being accused of a crime he was innocent of. Tessie on the other hand wins the lottery which does not serve her well as a lottery should but rather gets her stuck in a grave situation as she faces the threat of being stoned to death. In both stories, the characters are confronted with inevitable eventualities
1: Create an inner circle to watch over sections of people.
2: Earn the people's trust if you don't already have it.
3: Start replacing government officials with trusted partners.
