Natural resources and resource assets are scarce. What the economic theory aims at is to improve the distribution of these goods and services in order to try to get access to a larger number of people. In other words, economic science aims to improve the allocation of goods and services to society, seeking to suppress needs. On the other hand, economic agents have different goals and objectives. In this way, economic policy must balance these ideals with the needs demanded by society.
