The correct answer is the guilty knowledge test.
It is a test done on a polygraph or lie detector which is supposed to be absolutely correct as it shows knowledge that only a guilty person might possess. An example would be if a suspect is asked to read the names of several weapons out loud and if the lie detector consistently shows a reaction when it comes to one particular weapon, it means that the suspect knows something he or she is not telling.

The "Guilty Knowledge Test" (GKT)

Further Explanation

This is a test carried out on a polygraph or lie detector which should be true because it shows knowledge that only the guilty person has.

Lie test or polygraph is a tool to detect whether someone is lying or honest. This tool is usually used in court because this tool is used to test the defendants whether he is guilty or not.

The lie detector is a polygraph, a device that was discovered by the University of California medical student John Augustus Larson in 1921. It monitors psychological indicators such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity when someone is asked to answer a series of questions.

The lie test detects the lie of the wave system. If someone lies, the waves will vibrate quickly. Conversely, if someone is honest, then the waves do not vibrate quickly and are not detected by the lie test.

In principle, if the answer given is a lie, the polygraph will show an increase in each psychological indicator as mentioned above. Conversely, if the answer given is an honest answer, then the graph shown is different.

The examiner analyzes the physiological response data and makes a decision as to whether the subject has been deceptive or not.

If there are significant fluctuations that appear in the results, this could be a sign that the subject is lying.

Especially if the subject responds equally to questions that are asked repeatedly.

But there are times when this test misinterprets a person's reaction to a particular question.

This happens because of the human factor itself, which is sometimes good at manipulating expressions and regulating calm as much as possible.
