Kant says ,"Though all our knowledge begins with experience, it does not follow that it all arises out of experience.".

Immanuel Kant was German philosopher popularly know for his moral theory which states that the moral law is a truth of reason, and hence that all rational creatures are bound by the same moral law. Thus we should act according to the universal moral law
