It has to be 1.25 inspections per hour because of 1. It's a unit rate (one hour) and 2. It is accurate. To get the unit rate, in this case, you would divide both 8 and 10 by 8. 8/8 is one, so they cancel each other out and 10/8 is 1.25. Hope this helped!
