Literally, his speech ends this way: <em>“We will march through the South; through the streets of Jackson, through the streets of Danville, through the streets of Cambridge, to the streets of Birmingham…We will march with the spirit of love and dignity that we have shown here today…We must say Wake up America. For we cannot stop, and wi will not a cannot be patience.” </em>

This was the end of his speech on March 1963 during the March on Washington. He was a member of the <u>Student Nonviolent Coordination Committee. </u>
