1.limiting factor is a variable of a system that, causes a noticeable change in output or another measure of a type of system
2. Examples of limiting factors include competition, parasitism, predation, disease, abnormal weather patterns, natural calamities, seasonal cycles and human activities. In terms of population growth, limiting factors can be classified into density-dependent factors and density-independent factors.

3. When organisms face limiting factors, they show logistic growth.Competition for resources like food and space cause the growth rate to stop increasing, so the population levels off. This flat upper line on a growth curve is the carrying capacity

damaskus [11]

A karyotype is a picture in which the chromosomes of a cell have been stained so that the banding patterns of the chromosomes appear. This way it is possible to view abnormalities in the chromosomes. Disorders such as aneuploidy can be diagnosed by karyotype. It can also help identify local abnormalities on chromosomes such as abnormalities in chromosome length,  and location of the centromere.
