Your friend Carlo gets shoved around by a big hockey player at school. You never saw it bother Carlo, until one day he shows you

an army knife in his backpack. Carlo tells you that the next time he gets shoved, he's going to kill the hockey player. In complete sentences, answer the following: What can you do on your own, if anything, without asking for help from anyone? Are you going to ask for additional help with this situation? Explain why or why not. If this situation needs additional help, who will you ask?

His parents or guardian(s), and then maybe if not then, his significant other, or his best friend if it isn't you, or someone with deep emotional ties to coax him into thinking clearly. The police are a last resort.

If you are on your own, which I highly advise against, because people tend to believe they are Jesus of the psychological world in their heads, but they can never truly know exactly what to say when the time comes to say something, but to get into morality, get him to talk to his teachers about punishing the bullies, not to take matters into his own hands. Murder, or threats like that in general usually mean the kid has issues himself. He isn't thinking rationally. Get him to trust the teachers and/or his parents/guardians.

and then of course there is the possibility the knife gives him a false sense of security and he will not end up using it when the time comes for him to "fight back."

I would tell carlos to not do that he needs to make the right desicion and take the wepon to the office. If he doesnt i would go to an conselor and let her/him help with the situation i think no one should be shoved around everyday and bullied but at the same time it would be great to have a friend you can talk to to help resolve the problem and once there friend would of got a high level of personel the conselor/teacher or parent would be able to resolve the problem better than you can but you also should be glad that you helped out.. Make a diffrence help someone in need..!
