The __________ plan called for equal representation of each state in congress, regardless of the state's population

History

There were two plans suggested for the representation in Congress.

One was the Virginia Plan, and the other was the New Jersey plan. The Virginia plan suggested that the states should get representation based on their population, and the New Jersey plan suggested the states would get equal representation.

Smaller states of course would favor the New Jersey plan, because they didn't want to lose power in Congress.

They ended up compromising on this. They made the House of Representatives, which used the Virginia plan, and the Senate, which used the New Jersey plan. (The Senate has more power than the House of Reps)

Why did nixon say he sols his apartment in new york after he became president
Shkiper50 [21]
President Nixon was left in a great deal of debt following the Watergate scandal and the loss of his presidency.  Despite having secured publishing and consulting positions, Nixon was still in terrible financial straits.  He sold his apartment - rather dramatically - in order to support himself and his family.

Explain why the serfs or peasants were so important to feudal society.
SVETLANKA909090 [29]
Serfs/Peasants would live on the protected land of the lord's manor in exchange for food and goods. The serfs/peasants basically fueled the manor and created self sufficiency, to the point where some lords even forbade Serfs/Peasants to leave their estate.
Hope this helped you
